Dark Oak Log is a naturally occurring wood block found in dark oak trees, primarily generating in dark forests. It is commonly used for crafting dark oak planks, sticks, and wooden structures. Dark oak logs can be stripped with an axe to create stripped dark oak logs or smelted into charcoal.
They generate naturally in dark forests and structures like woodland mansions, mineshafts, and pillager outposts. Dark oak logs have a darker, richer hue compared to other wood types. When placed under a note block, they produce a 'bass' sound.
