Spruce Button

Block

Craft a Spruce Button from spruce planks. How it works in redstone builds, plus full stats for Java & Bedrock.

The Spruce Button is a Redstone component that provides a temporary Redstone signal when pressed. It functions identically to other wooden buttons but is made from spruce planks. A Spruce Button is crafted using 1 Spruce Plank in a 2×2 crafting grid. It does not generate naturally and must be crafted by the player.

When placed, a Spruce Button can be pressed by tapping on it. It emits a Redstone signal for 1.5 seconds (30 game ticks) before deactivating automatically. Unlike a Lever, it does not stay powered and must be pressed again to reactivate. A Spruce Button can be placed on the top, side, or bottom of solid blocks. It can be broken instantly by hand or with any tool. Unlike a Stone Button, a Spruce Button has a longer activation time, which suits Redstone devices that need slightly longer pulses.
