Waxing the chest with Honeycomb preserves its lightly weathered appearance, preventing any further oxidation over time.
The Waxed Exposed Copper Chest can be opened unless obstructed by a conductive block, renamed with an Anvil, or locked using commands. It retains the same hardness, blast resistance, and storage capacity as other copper chest variants. Copper Golems can interact with the Waxed Exposed Copper Chest by collecting items from it and placing them in nearby Wooden Chests, making it useful for automated storage setups. The Waxed Exposed Copper Chest must be mined with a stone pickaxe or better to drop itself, offering a visually aged yet permanent aesthetic for copper-themed builds.
