Trades include iron swords , axes , and at higher levels, enchanted diamond swords and enchanted diamond axes , making them a source of powerful melee weapons. They also sell bells , which can be used as village decoration or to warn villagers of raids.
They progress through five levels— Novice , Apprentice , Journeyman , Expert , and Master —unlocking better trades as they gain experience. They can be leveled up by trading emeralds , coal , iron ingots , flint , and diamonds .
