The Ominous Bottle (V) grants the Bad Omen V effect for 100 minutes (1:40:00) when consumed. It is the most powerful version of the Ominous Bottle, dropped by raid captains outside of raids. When under Bad Omen V, entering a village starts the most challenging raid, featuring the strongest waves of enemies with the highest difficulty and rewards. Near a non-ominous trial spawner, it transforms into Trial Omen, turning the spawner ominous.
