Iron Nuggets are a crafting material obtained by smelting iron tools, weapons, and armor in a furnace or by crafting one iron ingot into nine Iron Nuggets. They can also be found in bastion remnants, ruined portal chests, and gained from piglin bartering.
Iron Nuggets are primarily used to craft iron ingots, with nine Iron Nuggets combining into one ingot. They are also required for crafting lanterns, soul lanterns, and chains.
Due to their ability to be obtained from smelting iron gear, Iron Nuggets provide a way to recycle unwanted iron tools and armor.
