The Arrow of Harming applies the Instant Damage effect upon hitting a target. This effect immediately deals damage to the affected player or mob. Since harming effects heal undead mobs instead of hurting them, the effect of this arrow heals creatures like zombies, skeletons, and the Wither.
This arrow can be obtained by crafting or, in Bedrock Edition, by using a cauldron. To craft it, players must surround 8 arrows with a Lingering Potion of Harming in a crafting table. Alternatively, it can be made by dipping arrows into a cauldron filled with a Potion of Harming.
The Infinity enchantment does not apply to this arrow, meaning each shot consumes an arrow from the player’s inventory.
