The Arrow of Water Breathing applies the Water Breathing effect upon hitting a target. This effect allows the affected player or mob to breathe underwater without drowning.
This arrow can be obtained either by crafting or by using a cauldron. To craft it, players must surround 8 arrows with a Lingering Potion of Water Breathing in a crafting table. Alternatively, it can be made by dipping arrows into a cauldron filled with a Potion of Water Breathing.
The Infinity enchantment does not apply to this arrow, meaning each shot consumes an arrow from the player’s inventory.
